Terms of Use — Optimo Atelier Portal

These terms govern your use of the Optimo Atelier client portal. Work we deliver for you remains governed by the proposal or agreement we sign with you; these terms cover only your use of the portal itself.

01. Your account

Keep your password confidential and enable two-factor authentication when prompted.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at contact@optimoatelier.com if you suspect someone else has accessed it — you can also revoke sessions yourself under Settings → Sessions.

02. Acceptable use

Portal documents and preview links are for you alone; don’t publish or share them publicly.
No scraping or automated access, and no attempts to reach other clients’ data.

03. Decisions recorded in the portal

Approvals, rejections, and feedback you record on documents form part of the shared project record and may be relied on as instructions to proceed.

04. Availability

We aim to keep the portal available at all times, but it is provided on a best-effort basis and may be briefly unavailable for maintenance. This doesn’t affect the terms of your project agreement.

05. Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account we believe is compromised or being used abusively. When your project ends — or at any time — you can ask us to remove your account and data by emailing contact@optimoatelier.com.

06. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Albania, with the courts of Tirana having jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement with you states otherwise.
